The Board of Directors assumes responsibility for the overall management, oversight and supervision of the leadership team and provides strategic direction, guidance to the leadership team, and assesses opportunities, risks, and the risk mitigation controls of the Company. The Board also oversees the establishment of an effective governance, risk and compliance regime.

Raynard French
Vice-chairman
Raynard French is the Vice Chairman of the board. He has over 12 years of professional and entrepreneur experience within Information Technology as a Human Resource Business Partner; specializing in Information Technology, Finance, Operations, Healthcare, Logistics and Construction Technology sectors. He is a proud alumnus of Jackson State University (HBCU) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. He is also the Co-Founder of Tech Hub Institute LLC and President of Tech Hub Foundation located in USA- Shreveport, Louisiana and Dallas, Texas.
He has dedicated both platforms to assist the new wave of eLearning to obtain technology certifications to bridge the diversity gap economically within technology. His professional background and experience span globally across various sectors within the Information Technology He has a strong premise in equal opportunities for disadvantage communities to evolve and expand their knowledge base within Big Data – Technology era.
Raynard has strived to be an industry leader and advocate for change through innovation and awareness. He is a philanthropist at the core of his work and look to provide high level resources to promote evolution and available opportunities within diverse communities with his technology platform.

Mandla Lamba
Founder & CEO
Dr Mandla Lamba founded Agilitee in 2018. His a visionary who is widely respected for his work in the financial markets, his ingenuity and craftiness has helped create a number of world-class businesses.
His notable roles range from establishing Verityhurst, to heading up market-changing companies in the mining, farming, Semiconductor, financial services, energy, agri-industries, logistics and real estate sectors. Lamba is currently the Chief Investment Officer of Verityhurst, Chairman of Veracity Resources a rare earths mining company.
Lamba is also Chairman of Green Ark, a sustainable passive income generation platform. A founder and Chairman of A7 Squared, A green Batteries Manufacturing company, Chairman of Greengr8 Car Rental, which is Africa’s first Electric Vehicles Rental Company.
He has extensive experience in advising and structuring IPOs, Backdoor and Conventional Listings of Companies on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FSE), Stuttgart Stock Exchange (SSE), the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), the London Stock Exchange (LSE) and Africa’s largest public market, The Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE).
He is a huge women advocate for transformation through bridging gender disparities and bringing about inclusive capitalism structures from the boardroom to the parliament.

Prof Mthunzi Mdwaba
Non-Executive Director
Prof Mdwaba is a Non-Executive of Agilitee Limited, he is also a Director TZoro IBC & and CEO of TZoro Strategic Advisory. He also serves as Chairman of Productivity SA and Co-Founder & Chairman of SANA (South African Norwegian Association). NEDLAC Tripartite and SADC Tripartite Candidate for the ILO (International Labour Organisation) DG role in 2022, till the election on the 25th of March 2022. The ILO is a UN (United Nations) Tripartite Specialised Agency with 187 Member countries. Just Completed a yet unpublished book on the ILO, entitled, “Demystifying &Sharing the Jewel Called the ILO – A Labour of Love.
He is a Serial Entrepreneur who built numerous businesses in multiple sectors, notably, Torque- IT which had a presence in 27 African countries & became one of the go to ICT companies in high technical skills for Cisco, Microsoft and others, winning Cisco
Partner of the Year annually for 7 years in a row, and Microsoft, twice in 5 years, plus winning IT Personality in 2006 and Businessman of the year from two competing organisations in 2009.
PAST: *IOE (International Organisation of Employers) Vice-President to the ILO & ILO Vice-Chairman (Geneva, Switzerland). First IOE Vice-President & ILO Vice- Chairman from Africa since inception in 1919 in 2017 – 2021.
*Chairman of the UN Human Rights & Responsible Business Conduct Policy Working Group of the IOE in 2015-2021. The IOE is the largest private sector organisation with Employer organisation members in over 150 countries, representing over 50 Million companies. *Chairman of Council at the University of the Western Cape (“UWC”) in 2015-2018. Adjunct Associate Professor of Law at UWC in 2018-2021. Member of the B20 Employment & Education Task Forces from 2010 – 2021(in the G20) & was B20 Germany and Italy Co-Chair of the Employment & Education Task Forces.
- Member of the Advisory Group of Uber, Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) in 2019 – 2020.
- Has consulted to UBER in South Africa amongst other clients from 2019 – 2022.
